Fantastic prices!!! Name brand shows. My fiance, roommate, and myself all have two pairs of gorgeous shoes. My feet are so pretty!!! Plus, they have a BOGO sale going on now. They cashier was a knowledgeable, sweet, and patient lady. We couldn't find the right size shoe, but she found it for us. :)

Instantly greeted when we walked in, and the store associate/manager was consistently helpful and engaging. She seemed to be the only one working but she was tending to every customer.

Went by Shoe Show to look for a pair of Sneakers for work. I was actually headed to work after I left Shoe Shoe. Was hoping for the same thing I had on. An associate greeted me when I opened the door. I believe Christina was her name, and she may have been the manager. She was FANTASTIC! She immediately asked if she could help me. I explained my situation. She not only knew exactly what I was wearing but suggested a better support shoe from the same brand. They are PERFECT. She helped me get both of the new ones on, made sure they felt good, had me rang up, signed up for the rewards program, and out the door in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this shopping experience and Christina. She raised the bar on retail customer service!

The lady that I dealt with was absolutely awesome she went above and beyond what I expect out of a shoe show! I didn't catch her name but she deserves a raise. Extremely helpful patient and kind. My kiddo left with the shoes she wanted in the size she needed. This lady held the size that the other store asked her to hold and then went back for a bigger size. She took the time to help us get the correct size still have growing room and not floppy!!!!

I love shopping here. They got the best shoes in the world. Good price, all sizes. All kinds, all colors you could imagine. I will not go anywhere else but shoe shows. I give it a tin and that is a tin or even higher. I love it the people. There are very, very nice. I treat you with respect. They care about you that help you and that is how I feel. And I'm sure buddy feel the same way when they go there.

I love coming to this store; I always get greeted with a kind smile and asking if I need any help from the store manager Christina. She is very helpful, engaging, and attentive to every customer in the store whether there is one or five. Shoe Show needs more professional store associates/managers as this store does. I enjoy shopping here and just standing around talking with Christina, she gives good advice on which products to choose from whether it be shoes or purses. So thankful you have such great employees working for your company. 😊 Will continue to shop here for all my shoe and accessories.

They always have the shoes I'm looking for and the prices are pretty good. This last time I was there Christina helped me find a pair of Crocks that I love! Great service and good prices can't ask for much more.

I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, it was a very nice place to shop. The employees were very attentive and offered to help us numerous times. I found the cutest ballerina shoes I've ever seen. ❤❤

Every time I go in there I always receive the best customer service. The ladies in there always make sure I can find the best shoes for whatever occasion I have. They also will find whatever store has shoes in my size if they do not carry them. Very nice atmosphere and I’m always happy to see Christina or Nina working they go above and beyond.

I was on a mission for 3 days to find a pair of pumps that would complement an outfit I was to wear for a church event. I had shopped and purchased a pair from another store (#1275). Natalie, the manager had found a pair of pumps at this store (#783) that may work with the outfit. Christina was asked to hold the pumps for me, and the shoes was on the check-out counter waiting there for me to try on. Unfortunately, the make of the shoe would not fit me securely. Christina went into her customer service mission to find another pair of a smaller size but no luck with that. I brought home the pair purchased from (#1275). I tried on the outfit with the new shoes. Unfortunately, with VERY sheer tights they would slip off my heel. Monday, January 5, 2026, I went back to the store where Christina worked and asked if she would graciously accept the return at that store (#783). Christina was very gracious to accept the return at that location to save me a drive back to the original store purchased from. Christina went above and beyond with her customer service!!! Christina helped life a little easier at that moment.
